NEED TO KNOW…
  1. Sales Tax is not included in the price of any Party Package.

  2. Mileage is not included in any Party Package. Traveling expenses within 30 miles of Huntsville, Arkansas (36744 Hwy 23; 72740) are included in pricing. Any additional mileage to your party destination will be charged at the rate of $1.00 per mile, one way.

  3. Contracts will need to be completed and faxed, mailed or electronically mailed to confirm date of event. Party dates may be reserved via phone, but the completed contract will need to be received within five days of booking to reserve your date. Confirmation of your scheduled event will be returned to you via the method you prefer; faxed, mailed or electronically mailed.

  4. A NON-refundable deposit of $100.00 for average parties, 35% for larger parties is required. Once the initial event date is booked, you will be required to submit the deposit within five days to hold your date. Deposits are credited toward your final bill. In the event you cancel the event after booking, you will forfeit the deposit. If rescheduling your booking date, your original deposit will be applied to the new date. Please keep in mind when rescheduling that dates fill up quickly. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, but cannot guarantee dates after the initial booking. Deposits may be made via check, money order, PayPal or cash in person. Contact us for more information.

  5. Light rain or weather will not hinder our party plans. Several activities can be enjoyed in a sheltered area, like a garage, to keep everyone safe & dry. We also provide some weather shade canopies to help repel minor weather. However, in the case of severe weather; your party might have to be rescheduled. We will evaluate the weather conditions on the scheduled date. We will do our very best to accommodate your & our needs, if severe weather occurs.

  6. We do our very best to keep our prices consistent and affordable. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Once booked for your date and a deposit has been received, the prices are locked at the rate contracted.
