"Eclipse" is the daughter of WITTMAACKS ECLIPSE, direct son of JOHNSTONS GOLD BOY, one of 3 remaining sons and the smallest foal ever sired by the Legendary FOUNDATION STALLION: GOLD MELODY BOY. Eclipse, a 30" mare, is a rich CHOCOLATE color, and has been lab tested to carry the DILUTE GENE, and has extreme lacing on her back. This mare is so refined, and last year produced our future herd stallion, What If, born with a 5.75" cannon, having the tremendous Arabian type, with the elegance and balance of the Gold Melody Boy bloodline.
Eclipse is confirmed in foal to our Junior Herd Stallion, Thousand Oaks Yashica's Lucky Star, for 2008. "Lucky" is an up-headed and refined stallion, the son of a National Champion and full sibling to a multi time National Champion. He is destined for showing, and should mature around 30-31" with his color being an unusual bluish silver. His sire, Yashica Light Van't Huttenest, is a blue roan appaloosa, who is a National Reserve Champion Junior Stallion and an own son of ORION LIGHT VAN'T HUTTENEST, the AMHA leading sire of National Grand Champions. Yashica's get are highly sought after for their color, conformation and royal bloodline.
We anticipate an under 30.00" beautiful, SMALL and EXTREMELY REFINED, show quality foal, and can't wait to see what this blending of chocolate and the unusual bluish silver colors produce. Whatever color it is, this foal should be gorgeous! See our mare and stallion pages for more information and pedigrees of this sire and dam.
