Castle Rocks Simply A Baroness
AMHR
Foaled: 04/04/2008
Color: Blue Roan Filly with a Star
Sire: Kamelot’s Black Baron – 33.75"
Dam: Hidden Hollow Baylee – 34.00"
Simply A Baroness (“Nessie”) was born 1 full month after expected, and was a beautifully, mature little filly at birth. She stood 21” high, with a slightly less than 7” canon, which indicates she should mature within the 30-32” range.
Nessie is a blue roan, with a beautifully placed star, and a small muzzle. She has pretty ear set, beautiful doe eyes, and is a very active little girl, running and running her mother around in circles. Although both parents had appaloosa in their heritage, Nessie is not showing any appaloosa characteristics or spotting. She looks to be a solid blue roan.
"Baylee" is a true blue roan mare, whose sire is Artem Winston, a 31" English Import, dual registered in AMHA/AMHR, as well as being registered in England as a "Miniature" Shetland. All of Baylee's top side pedigree horses are "Miniature Shetlands" registered in England and other European countries. On the bottom, Baylee is Komokos breeding, going back to Komokos Wild Turk, a multiple National and Reserve National Champion Sire, and KOMOKOS KING TUT and KOMOKOS JENNIE, both FOUNDATION miniatures.
This foal's sire, "Baron" is a wonderful, young, sturdy stallion, with "the most beautiful" head. This young stallion is out of Kamelot's Irresistible (HOF), a Hall of Fame Grand Champion mare, out of another Hall of Fame Grand Champion mare—Kamelot’s Simply Grand (HOF), and French Broad's Half and Half, (HOF Get of Sire), going back to MUSTARDSEEDS LEGIONAIRES SEQUOYAH AND FLYING W FARMS LEGIONAIRE, on the bottom side, and Playmate's Black Jack, Stout's Little Chippewa and Stout's Freckled Feather on the top side.
This filly is sold. Thank you Lonnie Athey in Nebraska.

Color: Bay with White Banket
Sire: Timberviews I C Spots - 31.00"
Dam: Timberviews Sweet Lil Bambi - 31.50"
This is one "long awaited for" girl. We are so happy the Filly Fairy and Spot Sprite found us on the same day! This pretty filly is so brightly colored, with BIG doe eyes, and such a pretty upright stance on those long beautiful legs! I can't wait to clip her and see how many more spots she's hiding under all that baby fuzz!!
Her mom, "Bambi," also has a wonderful color! Not just "color" but beautiful silver dapple APPALOOSA color! Her breeding is heavily Stout, going back to Stout Black Magic, Stouts Mona Lisa and Stouts Mister Pride a Foundation Stallion. She was sired by RJ Little Warrior.
This foal's outstanding sire is Timberviews I C Spots, a 31.00" Black Near Leopard Appaloosa. "Spots" goes back to Lengendary's Bullet. AS WE HAD HOPED, THIS BREEDING GAVE US SOME GREAT COLOR! We are very happy with this little girl!

Dam: Kamelot’s Carrie In The Morning – 31""Carrie" is a red roan mare, who is sired by Flying W. Drummer Boy of Kamelot, a three-time AMHR Superior Sire, and Hall of Fame stallion, who is one of the top stallions in the country in producing Halter and Performance horses. Carrie stands at 31", has a sweet personality, and is a wonderful mother, who foals easily.
Carrie is bred to "El Rey" who is a true 100% Argentina bred, Falabella stallion, whose name speaks for itself among Falabella breeders. El Rey is 31" and is an AMHA National Top Ten Senior Stallion. Born of imported parents, he has fathered 34 registered AMHA/AMHR foals during his 18 years. As you can see from his pictures on our Stallions page, El Rey has matured from his show days to a stallion of great presence, conformation and personality. El Rey has a sweet disposition, and treats his mares well.
Carrie has a beautiful head, and with El Rey's carriage, tail set, size and conformation, we are hoping for great "small" things. This should be an interesting match, and we are hoping to produce a small, 2008 show quality, performance foal, that will be triple registered as a Falabella Blend, bringing together the best of both miniature worlds.

PLEASE, let us have a repeat of this breeding's 2007 buckskin leopard appaloosa colt!!! He was everything we hoped for, with that big "horsey" look, the long neck, the balanced body, refined legginess—AND COLOR!! Sire: Sweetwater's Texas Spotty – 33.75"
Dam: Star Lake’s Summertime Belle – 34.00"We are expecting great things for this 2008 foal of Belle and Spotty. In 2007, Belle outdid herself with her first foal, giving us a beautiful sorrel blanketed appaloosa filly. Belle's sire is a versatile and great driving horse, and her dam has produced two Reserve National Champion futurity driving horses, and a National Top Ten Halter filly.
This foal’s sire is Sweetwater's Texas Spotty, a buckskin leopard appaloosa stallion that is AMHA / AMHR registered and has the leggy, horsey look that is so sought after in the show ring today. He has a huge eye, balanced trim barrel, an upright neck that he can really hook over, and a most beautiful head. Looking at his foals for us from last year, Spotty stamps his long legged look, clean throat latch and pretty head on all his foals and instills in each one movement to die for.
Our 2008 foal should continue these sought after traits, and we can hardly wait to see EVEN MORE SPOTS!! This should be wonderful match of color and stride, and we are hoping for Spotty's exceptional conformation on this upcoming foal.
