This will be a triple-registered falabella blend foal
Sire: Wellspring Red Sky At Night - "Red" brings the same FIRE and SPIRIT with that same tail-waving movement, and arched neck prancing of his ½ brother "Drum". On the top side, Red's sire, Mountain High White Cloud, is a producer of Grand and National Grand Champions, and this boy also carries some wonderful Falabella lines. Then on the bottom, there is almost completely leopard appaloosa breeding. Red's dam, Piney's Tar Baby, a black roan appaloosa with lacing, has produced all appaloosa foals. Piney's Tar Baby comes out of such foundation stallions as Davis Commanche (chestnut leopard), out of Dell Teras Jim Dandy (black/blue roan Leopard) out of Dandy Jim, from her dam, Piney's Tootsie Roll, a black leopard mare.
Dam: Sanders Bit O Honey - "Honey" outdid herself last year giving us a small (26 ¾" at 10 months) leopard colt! "Honey" has a wonderful history of producing color! Not just "color" but LEOPARD or BLANKETED SPOTTED COLOR! Although a solid red silver bay, this girl has thrown appaloosa, every time she's been bred to an appaloosa stallion. Her breeding on the top side goes back to Dell Teras Bronco, a producer of National Grand Champions, and Double O Seven And A Half Moto, National Grand Champion Senior Stallion. On the bottom side, she is from Crescents Sidney, a producer of National Champions, Honor Roll, National Grand Champions and Martin's Southern Belle, a National Grand Champion producing mare.
