International inquiries welcome
This past year has been a very difficult one for Castle Rock, as the real estate crash took its toll, forcing the closure of my business. Due to some serious changes in MY economy, I had to part with some of my "never for sale" horses. I've considerably reduced the size of my herd, and I believe I am now at a size that I can maintain under my new circumstances.
Thank you to the many old friends who helped me during these difficult times, and some new friends who also purchased some of my "never for sale" horses. I wish you all the best, and thank you for your kindness and friendship.
My breeding program is basically intact, and I look forward to our new foals in the spring, summer and early fall. Some of these babies are the first foals from some of my Junior Stallions. I can hardly wait to see how they turn out!
Shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. However, I can recommend reliable, careful shippers who are accustomed to transporting miniatures within the U.S. or Internationally.
Please contact me at dcwolcott@tnni.net for more information, PICTURE PEDIGREES, photos or videos of these wonderful horses.

FOUR CROSSES TO GOLD MELODY BOY, AND LOOK AT HER SIRE!!! THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS FOR AN GMB & APPY BREEDER!!
She’s wonderful!!! This most beautiful little girl looks solid, but she’s hiding her sire’s appy genes. Her sire is a beautiful Leopard Appaloosa: Timberviews Simply Awesome, a most beautiful Black Leopard Appaloosa. This girls genes should define her as a color producing brood mare.
This foal's dam "Cinnamon" has wonderful bright red sorrel color and flaxen mane and tail AND ELEGANCE. We would expect this with "4" crosses to GOLD MELODY BOY, one of the most recognizable and pre-potent lines in Miniature horses today, carrying tremendous Arabian type, balance and elegance.
Sire: Timberviews Simply Awesome - 31.50" | Dam: D.M. Sunny's Cinnamon - 34.00" |

Bay Leopard Appaloosa
Sire: Mountain High White Cloud
Dam: Simple Pleasures Crystal Sky
Look what the Appaloosa Fairy brought! DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!! "Drum," is a most beautiful boy, with spots galore. He qualified for the 2007 AMHR Nationals, and stood 3rd at the AMHR Nationals in Multi-Color Stallions, Over! We are very happy with the Appy Fairy.
His sire, Mountain High White Cloud, is a producer of Grand and National Grand Champions, and this boy also carries some wonderful Falabella lines. Then to top it all off, Drum goes back to ORION LIGHT VAN'T HUTTENEST, the leading sire of National and Reserve National Grand Champions.
We can't wait for 2008, when he can begin siring his own group of spotted babies.
With Spotty, Ticket & Drum, the appaloosa foaling season of 2009 should be outstanding!
