Foaled: 05/22/2006
Bay Leopard Appaloosa
Sire: Mountain High White Cloud
Dam: Simple Pleasures Crystal Sky
Look what the Appaloosa Fairy brought! DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!! "Drum," is a most beautiful boy, with spots galore. He qualified for the 2007 AMHR Nationals, and stood 3rd at the AMHR Nationals in Multi-Color Stallions, Over! We are very happy with the Appy Fairy.
His sire, Mountain High White Cloud, is a producer of Grand and National Grand Champions, and this boy also carries some wonderful Falabella lines. Then to top it all off, Drum goes back to ORION LIGHT VAN'T HUTTENEST, the leading sire of National and Reserve National Grand Champions.
Drum Roll is for sale. We are keeping his 1/2 sister, "Kisses" for our future breeding program, hence Drum is for sale.
SO: Picture this guy stepping out in leather!! Flashy spots, conformation and color!! Drum will be trained for cart and is getting ready to have you take him back to the show ring ! Make him your next flashy driving horse!!! He can win for you in driving AND in multi-color. He has matured beautifully, and will be a pleasure to own and watch move in the ring !!
SOLD! Congratulations to the Freeman family in Florida! It's so good to see obvious love coming from the eyes of children! Best of luck with them!
Sire: NFC Egyptian Kings Full House - SON OF THE IMMORTAL HEMLOCK BROOKS EGYPTIAN KING! This stallion's name says it all! The perfect combination of the Egyptian King/Rowdy cross. Famous in his own right as a NATIONAL CHAMPION and a SIRE OF NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, Full House is one of the King's few sons that produce colors other than gray. He stamps his foals with that incredible Arabian head, big eyes and attitude that wins in the show ring!
Dam: Sulphuras High Fashion - Grey appaloosa mare foaled 4-22-94 "Fashion" is another one of those mares that is a goldmine!!! She was only available due to the Sulphura?s dispersal and was kept until the very end. She stamps her foals with a most beautiful head, and has had 7 foals--all appaloosa! They are most beautiful. (Click her pedigree and offspring button on the mare page, to see some of these beauties.) We are looking for spots this year, too!
This little girl is just a "Whisper" of a foal. She is a beautiful representation of the quality and distinction of the Egyptian King line. We think her grandfather would be pleased. She is so delicate, leggy and up-headed, and just a perfect little model of a filly. She has that gorgeous Arabian-type flea-bitten grey that turns white, like her parents, and is a delightful, friendly baby who is like a "China-doll". She's so refined, it looks like she might break!
SOLD! Congratulations to the Freeman family in Florida! It's so good to see obvious love coming from the eyes of children! Best of luck with them!

Sorrel Leopard Appaloosa
Sire: Mountain High White Cloud
Dam: Piney's Tar Baby |
Look what we found!! A beautiful RED LEOPARD stallion--so our leopard stallion list is almost complete!!!
"Red" could not be any more perfect - being Drum Roll's older paternal half-brother, and bringing the same FIRE and SPIRIT to our stallion line-up--with that same tail-waving movement, and arched neck prancing that Drum so proudly displayed at the 2007 AMHR Nationals!
On the top side, Red's sire, Mountain High White Cloud, is a producer of Grand and National Grand Champions, and this boy also carries some wonderful Falabella lines. Then on the bottom, there is almost completely leopard appaloosa breeding. Red's dam, Piney's Tar Baby, a black roan appaloosa with lacing, has produced all appaloosa foals. Piney's Tar Baby comes out of such foundation stallions as Davis Commanche (chestnut leopard), out of Dell Teras Jim Dandy (black/blue roan Leopard) out of Dandy Jim, from her dam, Piney's Tootsie Roll, a black leopard mare.
This is one beautiful stallion since he's slimmed up and lost his teenage fat! No more pudgy boy, just a lean, gorgeous boy ready to be shown in color class like his baby brother Drum Roll.
Red gave us a most gorgeous sorrel few spot filly this year that we are keeping for our future breeding program. Hence, Red Sky is for sale. Don't let this wonderful stallion out of your sights! He is most colorful with a partial blue eye, and throws awesome babies!
SOLD! Congratulations Connie at Appy Acres Farm in Florida.

Sorrel Pinto - Foaled 2/6/1999
Sire: Dent Knick Knack
Dam: Dent Cheyenne Dandy |
"Candee" is a daily dose of sweetness. She is one of the friendliest mares on the farm, and gets along with everyone! Her foals have short backs, upright necks and beautiful heads! Thank you Jennifer Sites of Cedar Fields. I am so happy I had a pinto mare that met with your criteria for trading. I hope you enjoy "Candee" as much as we are enjoying our new appaloosa junior stallion, Impressive Surprise -- "Hanny". (on the stallion page).

Black, Appy bred with mottling |
?Shadow? is one extremely well bred, TINY and PRETTY boy, who will probably never see 30?. HIS PEDIGREE IS BIGGER THAN HE IS!! We?re not sure what color he will become, but he has striped hooves and other appaloosa traits, so we're very happy with him.
Shadow?s sire is a gorgeous, well-proportioned, tiny Pintaloosa stallion, extremely well bred, and his dam is a bay snowflake, roaning appaloosa, with another pedigree bigger than she is. Sire: Lucky Four Spots A Plenty

"Zeus" is a 32.50" coming 5 year old, and is taking his place here at Castle Rock to become one of our senior appaloosa herd stallions. He joins Sweetwaters Texas Spotty, and our three junior appaloosa herd stallions, and his first Castle Rock foal will be born this spring to our retired show mare, C Beauty Oil. Currently Zeus (registered both AMHA and AMHR) holds titles as a AMHR Multiple Grand Champion Junior Stallion and Reserve Junior Champion Stallion. A beautiful boy, We may even consider sending him out as a senior stallion.
In looking over the pedigrees for this boy, Castle Rock was again VERY pleased to see that he is a Falabella Blend on the top side of his pedigree, and goes back to (Shadow Oaks) PEPPER, a most famous son of the CHIANTI. Zeus' pedigree includes 2x to CHIANTI, the "grandfather" of miniature appaloosas and Regina, also one of the original imported Falabellas from Argentina. Also on the top side, we found DOUBLE O SEVEN AND A HALF MOTO, National Grand Champion Senior Stallion. On the bottom side, Zeus' pedigree also includes 2x to STOUTS MISTER PRIDE, one of the FOUNDATION STALLIONS, and Little Joe.
Zeus is truly an "Arab" in miniature, with the most beautiful refined head.

Foaled: 03/06/2007
Chestnut Leopard Appaloosa
Sire: Mountain High White Cloud
Dam: Southern Charms Ramblin Rose |
We just continue to thank that wonderful Appaloosa Fairy. Look what she brought, now! "BOOTYLICIOUS!!"
THIS IS ONE, GORGEOUS Tri-registered FILLY! "Booty" is the foal of Southern Charms Ramblin Rose, a beautiful Ramblin Starbuck (by Rowdy) bred AMHA World Top 10 Mare. This retired show mare is taking after her dam, Creation Creeks Rogues Miss Callie, who has received an award for "Produce of Dam". We are hoping that Booty will continue the family tradition when taking her turn as a broodmare, AFTER her show career.
Booty has the most magnificent color and beautiful appaloosa patterning, beginning on her face, and covering her "booty." Then to top it all off, Booty's dam also goes back to GLENNS SOUTHERN ROUGE, an AMHA National Top Ten Stallion, and NFC'S HUSSELERS STAR, a National Grand Champion. Booty definitely has the family look!
Her sire, Mountain High White Cloud, is a producer of Grand and National Grand Champions, and this girl also carries some wonderful Falabella lines. We know how wonderful the produce of Mountain High White Cloud is, as our Junior Herd Stallion, "Drum" (see stallions page) who achieved National Top Ten status in AMHR as Multi-Color Stallion, this year, is also sired by this wonderful Few Spot Stallion!
Watch for "Booty" in the AMHA/AMHR show rings in 2008. She should mature around 32". SOLD! Congratulations Connie at Appy Acres Farm in Florida.

Clover has passed on her wonderful color to her 2 prior offspring: a sorrel near-leopard appaloosa filly, and a sorrel snowflake appaloosa filly. Note: both babies were fillies, so we are hoping for a repeat from the "filly fairy" in 2009!

Foaled: 06/11/2005 - Brown Snowcap Appaloosa
Sire: Mountain High White Cloud
Dam: Sulphuras Miss Kitty
"CeeCee" is a beautiful brown snowcap / fewspot mare, with some wonderful leopard appaloosas behind her. On the top side, her sire, 30.50" Mountain High White Cloud, is a producer of Grand and National Grand Champions. Mountain Highs White Cloud is sired by Flabys El Tigre, a small (28") black leopard Falabella stallion, and his dam is World of Miniatures Salt N. Pepper, another black leopard appaloosa. One generation back is Toyhorse Panther out of Toyhorse Domino-again, both black leopard appaloosas. It is a grand, spotted line. CeeCee has the most beautiful tail flagging movement, that we are hopeful she will pass on to her foals. She is exposed to Sweetwater's Texas Spotty for a Spring 2009 foal, and we will anxiously await this foal. We are hopeful Spotty will again lend his conformation to the upcoming offspring, and CeeCee will strengthen the leopard/spotted lines, and help reduce the size of our beautiful appaloosa foals, making them ever more competitive in the show ring.
