American Donkey & Jackstock Registry #E-12924Born in 1985, Ol' Jenney #1, is still producing and still our standby 'necking' donkey. She is a 44" standard donkey that has been worth her weight in gold. Jenney was used year after year to break our Standardbred colts to lead. She knew immediately what was expected of her the first time we hooked her to an unwilling colt. After half a day of being hooked to Ol' #1, we were able to lead a colt right into the stall. BJ has been handling those duties for the last couple years. We thought Jenney One was in retirement, but she surprised us with a baby jennet this year!
