Town And Country's Merrilegs
1994 Bay Pinto "Merri" is a refined mare that measures about 42". She has a nice long, thin neck and is very correct with an excellent pedigree. $550-open; $900-bred. |

|
"Lee" also measured about 42". She offers you top bloodlines and nice action. $550-open; $900-bred.

"Lacey" is sired by a Hall of Fame and PONY OF THE YEAR stallion who has all Bar-G's breeding, and her dam is all Winks breeding. This mare truly looks like a full size horse and is the one everyone notices when they come here. She is very well proportioned and measured around 45". $600-open; $950-bred.
The following two miniature mares are also available as open until June 1st. After June 1st, they will be bred to Running W's Rookies Raphael and offered for sale when confirmed in foal.

"Blossom" is a correct mare. Her sire is a bell-splashed sorrel and her dam a red roan pinto. With her quality background she should produce well. Bred to "Rookie" there is a very good chance this cross could give you an Overo. $800-open; $1,100-bred.

"Fancy" is a mare that appears grey in her winter coat but sheds out as a silver dapple or dapple grey. She was sold as a yearling and returned to my farm last fall. She has had one foal. This is a very gentle, kind mare that is correct in every way. Her sire "Sunny" was purchased with the intent of crossing his daughters to "Rookie". This will be the first I am doing this and expect to get some quality foals. Since I already have two other daughters of Sunny, I have decided to offer Fancy for sale. Her dam was a top notch broodmare and I expect her to be also. $600-open; $900-bred.
The following two horses are up in the barn, on show feed, and are fat and fiesty. Both are show quality and with some conditioning in the spring, would be ready for the show ring. They both have excellent dispositions and willing attitudes.

Hilo Caravelle
AMHA A173877; AMHR 274321T This is a filly I go back & forth about selling. Cara currently measures around 31.5" and is a pretty little filly. Her sire is a sorrel overo and her dam is a bay pinto. Aside from the fact that she is very correct and well bred, what I really like about her is her disposition. She has personality-PLUS. She truly enjoys being handled, takes everything in stride and is one of the happiest horses I own. Cara is just plain fun to be around. $1,500 |

GELDINGS:

Hilo White Gold
2002 gelding - Classic Shetland "Easy" is a Shetland, about 40" that was gelded April 4th. He is an attractive pony that is correct and refined. This is a pony with a good disposistion, is easy to handle and likes attention. He was not being used as a stallion and I decided we would both be a lot happier if he was gelded. Show him in halter, break him to ride or dirve, or just enjoy him as a companion. $500 |

This AMHR colt was also gelded on April 4th. "Sunset" has matured into a handsome horse with a lot of potential. His dam has her Hall of Fame in halter and his half sister, Lola, had a fantastic show season last year. This is a well-mannered, intelligent gelding that is one of my favorite horses. I would like to see him be used. A good home is a top priority for him. $500
These three boys have been spending the winter just being horses. They are wild and wooly. I will be bringing them in this spring, clipping them, and giving them a refresher course in handling. They will be available once I can get new pictures. Pictures of their sires and dams are on the Mares and Stallion pages. More information will be available with new pictures in the spring.

AMHR 230239A; AMHA A137261 DOB 4/3/02 Palomino Pintaloosa - 33.75"
Sire: LTD's Color Broker "Frankie" is a horse that I'm not quite sure how to describe. I purchased him as a weanling from Critter Creek Farm in Florida. Up until this year he was a palomino pinto. He now is a pintaloosa - the spots have arrived. "Frankie" is a horse with a mind of his own and needs an experienced handler. He is easy to catch but a challenge to trim feet and worm, and has been this way since day one. He has fantastic bloodlines and should definitely sire some very colorful foals. SOLD! Congratulations Alex & Merry Christmas! |
