He's very flashy and a full brother to our mare Lakota Creeks Absolut Madam Justice who is doing really well for us in the show ring. He should follow in her hoofprints :) Lines include Komokos, Kamelot, Bond, Dell Tera, Orion and Egyptian King. Stryker is expected to mature at 35". Lakota Creeks Hail to the Chief

"Stormy" (born during a severe rain and hail storm) is a primitive/classic dun colt with two blue eyes and shoulder barring. Stormy is very correct and an "in your pocket" kind of guy. :) Lines include J-J's, Cheg's, 4Gs, Bond and he goes back to Choco's Little Specks Red Boy. Stormy should mature at 35". "Elly" was born on 5/21/12 and we were certain we had a silver dun, but got quite the surprise when we shaved her! (Legs in the pictures not shaved from the knees down) We now have a little silver dapple!!

"Elly" is out of our mare Outlaw's Fanny Porter and sired by our stallion 7S Bullets Cafe Au Lait. Her lines include Komokos, Kamelot, Bond, Dell Tera, Orion and Egyptian King. She is a full sister to Lakota Creek's Absolut Madam Justice on our mare's page who is currently doing quite well in the show ring. She is expected to mature at 36 inches. She should be ready for a new home in September.

"Gypsy" is a black and white pinto out of our mare, QMF's Pawnee Wind, and sired by our stallion 7S Bullets Cafe Au Lait. Her lines include Jandts, Johnson, Fowlers, Bond, Dell Tera, Orion and Egyptian King. "Gypsy" is expected to mature around 33". She's a sweet girl, very leggy, upheaded and has a nice topline. While she has not been color tested, all other foals we've had out of this cross have been homozygous for black and tobiano. She should be ready for a new home in November.

"Buttons" is a tiny grulla pinto out of our mare, QMF's KhakiKistHeart, and sired by our stallion, 7S Bullets Cafe Au Lait. Her lines include 7S, Dell Tera, Orion, Egyptian King, NFC's Nashville and Stouts. She was born measuring 15-1/2" and is an adorable little girl in a perfect little package that will be lucky to mature at 28". She should be great little contender in the show ring in the under classes. She should be ready for a new home by the end of November.

LCRs Absolut Ly 2 Wild 4 U

"Trooper" is our AMHA/AMHR junior stallion born May 28, 2011. He is a seal brown tobiano pinto with a partial blue eye and is expected to mature between 30-31 inches. He is very well balanced, has a great bite, nice dishy head, a definite look at me attitude and a gorgeous tail-flagging trot. His lines include Goat Hills, Oak Forest, Jandt's, Hemlock Brooks, Johnson, Dell Teras, 7S, Egyptian King, and also goes back to Chocalatico and GoForth Little Pistol. Trooper has been genetically tested and is homozygous for Tobiano and black and carries a creme gene.

"Spell", as we call him, is our 2005 AMHA/AMHR palomino pinto junior stallion. Spell is very correct with a fantastic temperament and that "look at me" attitude. Spell's sire is Fallen Ash Farms Mine By Design (pictured below) and his dam is Eldorado Spellbound. His grandsires are the well-known Flying W Farms Little Blue Boy and L & D Scout who is sired by Orion Light Vant Huttenest.

Lakota Creek's Absolut Lady Latte

Abby is our 2009 AMHR registered gruella filly out of our mare Outlaw's Fanny Porter and our stallion 7S Bullet's Cafe-Au-Lait. Her lines include Komokos, Kamelot, Bond, Dell Tera, Orion and Egyptian King. At her first show in 2010, Abby earned 1st and 2nd places in a large yearling class and two 1st places in AOTE. She currently measures 32 inches as a two year old. We have decided to keep one of this year's foals and are, therefore, offering Abby for sale.

Outlaw's Mabel LaRose

Rosie is our 1996 AMHR sorrel mare standing 36.50 inches. Rosie is out of Color Me Foxy and granddaughter of the champion mare I Love Suzie. Her sire is Outlaw's Pat Garrett, an AMHA Hall of Fame driving stallion. While Rosie is breeding sound, she has developed some arthritis (well-controlled with medications) and it has been our choice to retire her from the broodmare band. She has done exceptionally well in the show ring for us and could still be shown as she has never developed that "brood mare look". However, we are currently offering her as a pet quality mare.

"JJ" is a black colt out of our mare Outlaw's Mabel LaRose and our stallion 7S Bullets Cafe Au Lait. As a yearling JJ measures 33 inches and we expect him to mature under 35 inches. He has a gait that screams "drive me". Lines include 7S, Egyptian King, Dell Tera, Crescents, Bond and Outlaw. JJ's bite is currently a little off which the vet has attributed to a recent growth spurt and he believes, with continued growing, it should return to normal.

Wow! Amazing! And did I say Flashy? "Casper", a smokey black and white pinto colt was born at 1:30 a.m. at 17-3/4 inches out of our mare, QMF's Pawnee Wind, and our stallion, Debault's Spellbound Design. "Casper" is very upheaded, has great conformation and tail set and just look at that dishy little head. He should mature around 30 inches and lines include Fallen Ash Farms Scouts Dark Design (out of L & D Scout), Flying W Farms Blue Dynasty, Jandt's and Fowler. Placed 3rd in Amateur Halter and 2nd in Color Class at the Colorado State Fair. His sire has excelled in the show ring and his half sister, QMF's Wild Wind, who we also own, as a yearling placed Reserve Grand in the overall "under" mares' class.

C4Ever Poncho Fancy Ribbons

"Ribbons" is a 2003 AMHR registered red dun mare standing 35-1/2 inches in height. She carries Huka, Hobby Horse, Bickel's and Vant Huttenest lines. Due to an exceptionally difficult pregnancy, we have decided to remove her from our broodmare band and offer her for sale as a pet. She would make a wonderful 4H project for someone. She's a very sweet mare and loves attention.

"Flame" - who earned his name from the flame on his nose - is an outstanding chestnut pinto colt out of our mare Outlaw's Fanny Porter and stallion, DeBault's Spellbound Design. (Surprise!! He is shedding out as a light golden palomino pinto.) We knew this foal was going to be nice, but - WOW - he surpassed our expectations. Flame should mature as a small B at approximately 35 inches. He's definitely the perfect package w/his araby head, hooky neck and big doe eyes along with his nice level topline, good shoulders and hip. His lines include Fallen Ash Farms, Kamelot, Flying W Farms, Komoko, L & D Scout and Vant Huttenest. With all the multiple championships this boy has in his background, we expect him to excel in the show ring and later as a herdsire.

Dakota Class Act

Our 1993 AMHA/AMHR sorrel mare stands 31.75 inches in height. Her sire is Flaby's Hear the Thunder who was an AMHA halter and driving champion. Before becoming a broodmare, "Class" was a grand champion halter mare at the South Dakota State Fair. Her lines also include Dell Tera's, Boone's and Freemans Star. Sadly, due to foaling problems, we are retiring this mare from our breeding program and offering her to a "pet" home. She has a very sweet temperament and would make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a horse to love.
