We are proud to be part of the Seth Thomas Collection and honored to be entrusted with such a fine bloodline. We look forward to being part of the historical reintroduction of these modern miniatures.
My first STC horse was a gray, yearling colt, properly called "BHR Flame". His intelligence, spirited personality, and gentle playfulness make him a joy to work with. He has that 'something special', an extra spark, that runs in the family. With the purchase of this colt, I was hooked on the STC line.
Since then, I have been fortunate enough to add several fine mares and two stallions by the original herd sire to my stable. Currently my private collection stands at ten.
After showing "B" size horses for the last couple of years, I have taken an interest in the "A" size as well. In the summer of 2001 I started showing some smaller samples of these wonderful horses.
GrandLand's GrandPlan is to maintain the bloodline as it was discovered in the mid 1990's by Mr. Dale (Lutke). We plan to be a source from which future admirers of the STC line can draw 'pure' STC blood.
We have a limited number of foals each year. We are expecting two foals this summer. Both will be double registered ASPC/AMHR.
